• Is discretionary and assessment-based
• Applies to defined healthcare management scopes
• Does not constitute clinical licensure or healthcare regulatory approval

2. Responsibilities of Recognised Parties

• Maintain the professional standards on which recognition was granted
• Provide accurate information to BIHHM
• Comply with BIHHM policies and governance requirements

3. Limitation of Liability

BIHHM is not responsible for: clinical outcomes, patient safety incidents, regulatory decisions, employment outcomes, or consequences arising from management decisions made by recognised professionals.

4. Amendments

BIHHM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
